Mt. Tremper, Catskills, New York (October 28, 2019) – The Emerson Resort & Spa presents its third annual Community Week, November 11-16, 2018. During this week, the Emerson invites the community to enjoy lectures, book readings and signings, musical performances, and onsite activities either complimentary or at a discount to the public. The finale of Community Week is on Saturday, November 16, 2019 with a book reading and signing of Holly George-Warren’s new book Janis Her Life and Music, with Robert Burke Warren and Calder Mansfield bringing the music of Janis Joplin to life during the event, 4-6pm, in the Great Room of the Emerson. All are welcome. Co-hosted with the Golden Notebook bookstore.
