DESCRIPTION:Once again we’ll be following the traditional 2.5 mile loop through and around the Phoenicia. Last year we had over 300 participants and we hope that this event will continue to grow. We’ve figured out new ways to streamline registration and expand our marketing reach. We’ve also recruited a new member to the planning team\, found new promotion channels\, and are planning new events like a costume and dance contest. We’re confident it will be the biggest Trot ever! \nSponsors’ names will be listed on the back of the t-shirt\, our website: www.phoeniciaturkeytrot.org\, on social media\, our poster\, and other printed materials. \nWe have three different levels of sponsorship: \n\n$100 – Printed name on t-shirt\, logo on website\, name on printed materials\n$300 – Prominent placement on t-shirt\, logo on website & printed materials\, thank you/tags on social media\n$500 – Prominent placement on t-shirt\, logo on website & printed materials\, multiple tagged thank yous on social media\, additional signage at the event.\n\nAll sponsorships include a team registration and we hope businesses will send they’re runners (or walkers and wobblers) to join in the fun! \nIf you’re interested in donating prizes\, food\, or swag for the participants\, or other paths to sponsorship we’re open to ideas! \nPlease email us at phoeniciaturkeytrot@gmail.com by Sunday\, October 1st if you’d be willing to be a sponsor or if you have any questions.
