Students will have the opportunity to capture the serene beauty of the Esopus Creek\, as it winds along the Emerson Resort & Spa. The workshop will begin with a morning demonstration by instructor Mary Anna Goetz. This session will guide the class through Goetz’s process…beginning with a grisaille\, or value painting\, followed by application of color.  Students will then begin creating their own compositions\, based on Goetz’s plein air approach. Emphasis will be placed on establishing a strong composition and concentration on color and light. \nFor reservations and/or more information contact the Emerson Resort & Spa Reservations department at (845) 688-2828\, option 0.
