Gene Dauner (photo-journalist, historian and ESRM member) is once again delving into his extensive kodachrome collection to bring another unique Kodak carousel presentation to the Empire State Railway Museum. He documented what went on in the 1980s after the last freight trains ran along the Ulster and Delaware corridor. His many, never-before-seen slides on the developing tourist railroad industry that saved the U&D rails include the Kingston trolleys, the Phoenicia tube train, the Arkville doodlebug, and beyond.
