Mother’s Day Tea

Where: Parish Hall – Main Street Phoenicia
Who: All mothers – with or without children in attendance
Fundraising aspect:
Phoenicia Food Pantry/Phoenicia Farmers Market/PBA will all get a portion of the following;
50/50 raffle
$5 suggested donation to attend
Silent auction
What else:
We will provide light snacks, tea, raffles, crafts and music.
Ask that everyone wear a fun hat (similar to a Kentucky Derby hat)
The event will end no later than 1:30pm and attendees can walk to the Phoenicia Farmers Market for the end of their opening day outdoors. From there we will go to the Phoenicia Arts & Antiques for a silent auction beginning at 2pm.
Candle prize for one person at each table.
$50 gift card for one attendee winner.
