SYNOPSIS
Populated by animated dolls and vintage toys, this stop motion film is set in an attic filled with fun and camaraderie, but also with secrets and danger.
Detective Frances Faraday and her sidekick Midge will use all their private eye smarts as they encounter red herrings, wild goose chases and more in this madcap adventure.
DIRECTOR BIO
Beck Underwood is a filmmaker based In New York City and Woodstock, NY. She combines stop motion animation and live action in her work. Beck has worked as a production designer on several feature films and has been affiliated with the production company Glass Eye Pix for over 35 years in a variety of capacities. In addition she is a mentor and educator at the Lower Eastside Girls Club in New York and teaches animation workshops at several organizations.
The Lure of Ponies is her first feature film.
